Passage du Gois, another way to reach Noirmoutier !

This 4.2 km long periodically flooded passage is probably one of the longest underwater roads in the world.  It links the mainland to the island of Noirmoutier at low tide.

You can reach the island on this unique passage from Beauvoir-sur-Mer  - a rather mythical experience !
